Billing Cycle

Monthly Subscriptions

Renewal Date: Same day each month (e.g., purchased Jan 15 → renews Feb 15) Credit Refresh:

Jan 15: Subscribe → 500 credits
Feb 15: Auto-renew → Reset to 500 credits
Mar 15: Auto-renew → Reset to 500 credits

Unused Credits: Do not roll over Refresh to plan amount on renewal

Payment Schedule

Upgrading/Downgrading

Upgrade Plan

Upgrade takes effect immediately:

Current: Basic (500 credits, used 200)
↓
Upgrade to Standard (2,500 credits)
↓
New balance: 2,500 credits (immediate)

Proration:

Credited for unused days on old plan
Charged prorated amount for new plan
Credits reset to new plan amount

Downgrade Plan

Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period:

Current: Standard (2,500 credits)
↓
Downgrade to Basic
↓
Continue with Standard until renewal date
↓
On renewal: Switch to Basic (500 credits)
