Credits

No! The 350 credits you get when registering never expire. Use them anytime.
Yes! One-time credit packages (200-5,000 credits) never expire and can be purchased anytime.
API requests fail with 402 error. Purchase more credits or subscribe to continue.
No, monthly subscription credits reset to plan amount each month. Unused credits don’t carry forward.
Yes! Use subscription for regular monthly needs, one-time for overflow. One-time credits never expire.
No, only successful requests (200 status) consume credits.

Subscriptions

Immediately after payment. Credits added to account instantly.
Use /payment/cancel-subscription endpoint or contact support. Credits remain valid until period end.
Yes! Upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Credits reset to new plan amount.
Current credits valid until end of billing period, then account downgrades to free tier with 350 credits.

Payments

Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via Cashfree Payment Gateway.
Yes, all payments processed by PCI DSS compliant Cashfree. We never store card details.
Yes, automatic invoices sent to your email after each successful payment.
Primarily INR (Indian Rupees). USD/EUR available for international enterprise customers.
GST (18%) applied for Indian customers. International transactions may have different tax rates.
Check card details, ensure sufficient balance, or try different payment method. Credits not added until successful payment.

Refunds

No, credits are non-refundable once purchased.
No refunds for current billing period. Cancel to prevent future charges.
Yes, automatic refund within 7 business days if payment succeeded but credits weren’t added.
Pro/Enterprise plans: Credits added for SLA violations. Free/Basic: No compensation.

Enterprise Billing

No, enterprise plans have unlimited access with custom monthly/annual pricing.
Based on expected monthly request volume, tier usage, and support requirements.
Yes, annual contracts available with 15-25% discount depending on commitment.
Yes, PO-based invoicing, custom billing cycles, and multi-entity billing supported.

Scenario 1: Free User Runs Out

Signup: 350 credits
Used: 350 credits over 3 months
Balance: 0 credits
Options:
  1. Buy Starter pack (200 credits, ₹199) - never expire
  2. Subscribe to Basic (500 credits/month, ₹499)

Scenario 2: Subscriber Cancels

Jan 15: Subscribe Basic (500 credits)
Feb 10: Cancel subscription
Feb 15: Credits still valid (paid through Feb 15)
Feb 16: Downgrade to free tier (+350 credits)

Scenario 3: One-Time + Subscription

Starting: 350 free credits
Jan 1: Buy 500 one-time (₹449) → Balance: 850
Jan 15: Subscribe Basic (500/month) → Balance: 1,350
Feb 1: Used 400 subscription credits → Balance: 950
Feb 15: Subscription renews → Balance: 1,450 (500 new + 950 one-time)
