Math transforms and operators

Toolset ta_math: 2 tools.

Tool	What it does	Notes
`ta_math_transform`	An element-wise math function of the closes (or source, or one series): the transformed series aligned to the dates with a line chart.
`ta_math_operator`	Arithmetic on two series (a spread with SUB, a ratio with DIV) or a rolling sum, extreme or extreme’s position on one: the result aligned to the dates with a line chart.
