# Research

> Ask Fincept's research model and list the available models.

Toolset `research`: 2 tools. List them all with `?toolsets=research`, or let the agent find them with `fincept_search_tools`. Full descriptions and input schemas: `fincept_describe_tool`.

| `research_ask_model` | One completion from Fincept AI over a conversation you supply. | Read, core, credits |
| `research_list_models` | The branded model ids research\_ask\_model accepts, with display\_name, capabilities and cost\_weight. | Read, core |

**Type:** Read tools only read. Write tools change your account; Delete tools remove something from it. `core` tools are listed by default. `credits` tools can spend credits; see [credits](/reference/toolsets/credits).
